Inspire 3 stopped tracking all my data

I love my fitbit. I rely on it for medical purposes. However, in the last hour it quit recording and all my data for the last 2 yrs is gone

What to do?

Hi, @CrysGarcia welcome to the community, have you been able to sync your Fitbit app on your phone? How do Fitbit devices sync their data? - Fitbit Help Center describes the process. Follow through on the links then post here again & let us know how you get on. Another step you can try is to Go to the Fitbit app on your phone, force stop & clear the cache, and then reopen the Fitbit app.
