Since clock has gone back the hourly activity times on my Fitbit have gone to between 0500 and 1300 whereas I want to change it back to 0900 to 1800 but it won’t do so.

Hello @Julie61Fit and welcome to the Community. This happens every year when countries change from the summer to standard time and vice versa. Things should be just fine tomorrow, but you can't fix today's errors. Fitbit user for over ten years and I get to do this again in the US next week.

Excellent, that explains it, thanks
Best AnswerI am having the same issue. It is like the Time Change seems to have screwed it all up. I sure am not going to get up at 5:00 AM to start my steps. Sure glad Google took over Fitbit, it has been working so well since that happened.
I have been a Fitbit user since 2014 and have never had this issue until this year. My inspire 3 seems to have lost its mind. I can only hope that it corrects itself tomorrow.
Having the same issue. Unable to change my hours back to 9-5 instead of 6-2. Think it must somehow be related to the change in time. Have gone in numerous times to try and fix it on the app but it doesn’t reset!
