Hours of movement

Sooo another complaint

Why do you have to do 9 hours straight of movement. If you move for 8 hours then sit down to tea then start up moving again in hour 10 , no matter what you do it dosnt count anymore movement,  why does your movement have to be constant and consecutive why can't it count any 9 hours in a day why does it have be 9 hours in a block . It makes the stat useless and nonsensical.

@Idriscadras   I understand that you are just venting, but I want to clarify some things for you.  I think the 9 hours might be a default setting.  You can set your time frame from 5-14 consecutive hours.  This feature has been around for a long time.  I used it on my Fitbit One.  It has always been consecutive hours, with no plans to change it.  It is supposed to be a gentle reminder to avoid being sedentary.
