I recently updated the firmware on my Inspire 3.
Now, when I walk around a bit, I get a new screen that I can't get out of and haven't found a way to disable.
I tried to upload an image of the screen to this thread but the upload fails. I'm probably too new.
The screen looks like this:
(time)
xx'xx"
Pace Avg
(duration)
This is obviously an exercise tracker, but I'm locked in on it and can't see anything else.
A swipe up displays more data (I didn't preserve an image of that). A second swipe up does nothing.
Other swipes do nothing. Tap and double-tap do nothing. Pressing the two side-bars does nothing.
So, how do I:
I tried to use Chat and they wouldn't help me. I tried a phone call and received the same.
I tried to do a return but Google claims that this device is out of warranty, even though I purchased an extended warranty.
If none of these can be done, could someone please suggest an alternate (non-Apple) vendor for a fitness tracking watch?

Juan, can the exercise time no longer be edited with the new update?

This appears to work and it registers, but it must be done on the clunky watch interface; the phone app can't set it.

Use the clunky watch interface. The easier to read/use phone app can't send this setting change to the watch.

It worked! Thanks
