I keep getting a notification congratulating me for taking steps. But they happen all at once after I stand up or move my arms a lot while sitting. It's really very annoying to get these long series of buzzes every time.
I have changed my Main Goal and turned off all the notification settings I can find without setting it to DND or Sleep Mode, as I want to receive High Heart Rate warnings.
Additional Information: I'm disabled and cannot exercise. I am using this to track my heart rate & sleep only.

Hi, @damec , it sounds like you may be getting messages related to “Reminders to Move”. It may help to turn these off. From the opening, Today, screen of the app click on the small icon top left (smartphone and watch) on the next screen click on the picture of your Inspire 3. On that screen find Reminders to Move and click. Slide the blue toggle left to OFF (it becomes greyed out).
You may also be getting notifications about Active Zone Minutes (AZM) as these are based on heart rate. You may also want to turn these notifications off. You can do that on the device itself - from the clock face on your Inspire 3 swipe down until you come to “Settings”. Tap to open the Settings options and then swipe up until you come to AZM notifications. Tap to toggle from ON to OFF.
If you are getting a lot of false hand “steps” from moving your arms it can help to wear the device on your NON dominant hand but change the Wrist Placement setting to DOMINANT. Setting the wrist placement to dominant will cause the program to expect more hand movements and therefore not to interpret them as steps. To find this setting from the opening screen of the app click on the icon top left to go to your Inspire 3. On the Inspire 3 screen find “wrist placement” and set it to dominant.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the Community Forums.

I already have "Reminders to Move" & "AZM Notifications" turned off.

I have the same problem. Mine keeps going off "Well Done!" Vibrating wildly, waking me up at night. I already have trouble sleeping at night. Finally got so frustrated one night I ripped it off my wrist and threw it across the room. I might pick it back up some day.
I too already have "Reminders to Move" & "AZM Notifications" turned off.
