I have used a Fitbit ZIP for years and it fits my needs perfectly. I only want to count steps and save them and earn badges. The ZIP is very simple and I like it that way.
Recently I received an Inspire 3. I appreciate all it can do, but I do not want nor need all the functions. How do I get it to just count steps like the ZIP? In other words, I need to dumb it down.
BTW, I wear it on my belt clip and not on my wrist.

Hi there @bg1313! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to see you here.
I'm glad to read that you have a new Inspire 3!
You can try to change the settings to "Clipped on body" mode. From the clock face, swipe down from the top of the screen until the menu slides over. Scroll down and tap the screen to change from "Worn on wrist" to "Clipped on body".
For more information I recommend you read the User Manual: Fitbit Inspire 3 User Manual

Hi @bg1313!
Thanks for your reply. It's great that you like your new Inspire 3! I really like the fact that the Inspire 3 can be worn as a clip too. It's very practical.
I recommend you visit our discussion forums. There you will find several users who are interested in fitness, healthy eating, or better sleep and who share many tips with each other. They will certainly be happy to see you there.
The Fitbit community is always available to you. I hope you have fun with Fitbit.
Best wishes!
