I appreciate your message regarding the SpO2 app. 

Firstly, Fitbit SpO2 isn’t available in all regions. For more information on availability, see Health Metric.

In order to use the SpO2 feature with your Inspire 3, you must install an SpO2 clock face as explained here: SpO2 clock face (Inspire 3, Sense series, and Versa series only)
