Inspire 3 heart rate is off

I upgraded to an inspire 3 last week, transferring data from my old Fitbit, and it isn’t reading my heart rate correctly.  During my jogs, it says my heart rate never goes above 99 and I’m not getting any zone minutes or meeting my cardio loads. Before I switched, it would read my heart rate as getting to 140 bpm. Why isn’t it reading it correctly?  It’s really discouraging to not hit targets.

Thank you for sharing the details with me regarding this inconvenience with your new Inspire 3. Sorry to know that it's not recognizing your heart rate correctly.
