Incoming call not working

Incoming call no longer works. Anyone else have this problem?

The person could not assist and is escalating to another depart, They will notify me in a couple hours.

Is it possible to reset the clock? and not delete memory?

I did all the instructions and still the watch does not respond to an incoming call

Hi, @aluma, did you talk to "Customer Support" as I suggested? They will be in the best position to help you as my advice has not worked.

I spoke to customer support. I was told what to do but nothing changed
