My Fitbit is not connecting to my phone/ the app. It says there is an incorrect paring code.
I changed my phone 5 days ago and uploaded the app in the first 24 hours of buying it. It stopped being able to sync 48 hours later.
Switching Bluetooth and the Fitbit on and off have not helped. Any ideas?

Hi, @SELW do you still have your old phone nearby? If so, your Fitbit may still be connected to the old phone. Make sure it is turned off or out of range, or alternatively go to the Bluetooth section of your old phone and delete / forget it.
I would also recommend giving your Fitbit a restart .
