I’ve tried everything. Most answers on line say to open settings in the app and tap reboot device. When I open the Fitbit app and select settings, there is no choice to reboot.
Help please!

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
