Why is there such a large discrepancy between what my heart rate was as indicated on the zone minutes heart rate graph compared to the other heart rate graph? From midnight-noon on the zone minutes graph, apparently my heart rate bounced between 63 and 93 almost minute to minute, while on the other heart rate graph my heart rate consistently trended downwards without these spikes.

Hello @Jeffs92 and welcome to the Community. You aren't the only one with graphs like this. Many users, including me, get odd high spikes around 1 AM. This has been going on for a long time. Fitbit hasn't acknowledged that this is a problem. I don't see a fix any time soon.
