Inspire 3 - Alarm won’t turn on if set for certain days

If I set an alarm to be set for certain days, it won’t allow me to turn the alarm on. It will show it’s on, until the day before it is supposed to to go alert/vibrate then shows the alarm clock icon greyed out with an X on the face. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Stacyp429. I'll be happy to assist with your Inspire 3 Alarm query. 

Your alarm will only gray out the days that it won't be active if you set it for more than one day during the week. Are you following the steps of help article: How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

Have you tried restarting your tracker in order to correct this situation?

Yes, this is happening to me too. If you set it to repeat on certain days it shows a gray clock with an X through it. Maybe it’s just a bug with the latest update?

Could you please turn OFF your alarms, restart your devices with the instructions of help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and set the alarms again.

If this troubleshooting steps don't work. Could you please send me a picture of the grayed screen in order to further investigate?
