Inspire 3 - Can't install faces or apps

I just bought the inspire 3. All the directions I find online say to click on profile then gallery to set watch face. The problem is, there is no gallery option in profile. If I tap the upper left icon in the app, I get to the inspire info and there are buttons there for watch face and apps, but they do nothing. I reinstalled the app, updated my inspire 3, and restarted both several times. I can find no way to change the watch face or add apps. Thank you.

Never mind. I restarted my phone and the inspire 2 more times and it now shows faces and apps when I tap the buttons. There is still nothing that says "gallery" anywhere, but it works now.
