I bought an inspire 3 last September. It has been less than a year. It's screen is completely frozen and doesn't respond to touch or button presses. I can see the clock progressing though. When screen stays on all the time causing battery to drain quickly.
I tried soft reset (holding buttons for 10 seconds)
I tried hard reset (plugging in and holding buttons for 10 seconds)
How do I make it work?

Having the same issue. In the week leading up to the freeze, a battery symbol appeared at the top of the watch face. Have you had any luck with a reset?
