Hello!
My Fitbit inspire 3 starting glitching and then stopped working after floating on a lake this weekend. It’s a little over a year old and I was under the impression you could swim with it. Please let me know if there is a way to fix or replace it!

Hi there, @KKatie. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 has stopped working after getting wet. I will do my best to help you with this!
If your device got wet it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

Hi, @KKatie & @skylerk welcome. I've been a daily swimmer for a long time and have not experienced a problem in the water with a Fitbit Device (or Pixel Watch). It's important to note that your devices must be damage-free, and you should be aware of the small print in the warranty T&C. Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center
Depending on when, where & from whom you bought your devices, you may have the benefit of Returns policy
I hope this helps.
Cheers
