Inspire 3 - Cannot Edit Food Plan

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every time I've attempted to update my food plan for the last 3 days I'm met with a notification stating that fitbit.com is down for maintenence.

It will save changes to the goal weight but will not change the plan itself for calorie deficit.

I'm having the same issue.

@Ohkay91   There is a current bug in the Android app.  Fitbit is aware.  There is no timeline for a fix.

It will soon be a week, if the IT dept took this long at work, the place would have to shut down, people would have to go home and there would be loss of revenue due to the closure. What takes you so long?

Still having this issue and it's now the 9th....update please?

I've also only just noticed that I can't see my Cal's in v Cal's out or
macronutrients. For yesterday or weeks gone by. All vanished. Come on
Google/Fibit sort it out. People rely on this.

Is there an update on this? It's 3/11/26 and still happening.

Best Answer

Can you please give us a tumeline when this will be fixed? Soon is not 11 days.  Not when Google owns fitbit and Android. Or at least a workaround. This is why I use fitbit: to meet my calorie intake goals.

I'm having the same issue. Almost 2 weeks.... It was one of the most valuable features, any updates?

Best Answer

This issue is still ongoing after multiple weeks. Really not good given how much Fitbit premium costs and I've been unable to use a portion of the app all this time.

Best Answer

Is this really being worked on or are you just lying to us? I've actually had this as an ongoing problem for years....

Best Answer

It's March 19th and one of the most valuable functions of your paid app still isn't working. We need answers.

Anywhere close to a resolution?

Probably not. I wouldn't hold my breath..

Problem resolution seems to be a low priority around these parts if force stopping the app alone doesn't fix it.

Well it looks like it's time to just use my fitness pal

Why are you not answering people? Why has this not yet been resolved? Your answer is marked as as best answer but still were all waiting! Why are people paying for a service that isn't functioning correctly? 2015 I bought my first Fitbit, 11 years on I'm on my 4th and still when ever there's a problem no one seems to care or want to resolve any issues. I thought Google taking over would resolve these issues but obviously not. Can we all be informed please as to what is actually being done about this issue several weeks on because as you can see were all still waiting for this issue to be resolved. It's a fair big issue considering that a huge percentage of Fitbit users obviously count calories and want to know their in/out cals but the plans won't even save to be able to show the correct data. I take it Fitbit is and has been down for maintenance the last few weeks then 🤦🏻‍:female_sign: Absolute joke!!!
