Every time I've attempted to update my food plan for the last 3 days I'm met with a notification stating that fitbit.com is down for maintenence.
It will save changes to the goal weight but will not change the plan itself for calorie deficit.

Hi everyone, thanks for your messages.
I understand how you may feel since the app is not working as expected. I appreciate your patience.
We’ve found the cause of the issue and are currently fixing it.
Personalized calorie goals should now be showing up correctly. Please note that if you manually set a fixed goal as a temporary workaround, that fixed goal will remain until you change it.
You might still see an error message when creating or updating a food plan, but we expect to have this resolved within the next few days.

Best Answer@Ohkay91 There is a current bug in the Android app. Fitbit is aware. There is no timeline for a fix.

Hello everybody, It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue while trying to edit your food plan.
Thank you for letting us know about this issue. Our development team is aware of it and they are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
I'm sorry for any trouble. i appreciate your patience and we look forward to getting you back on track.
It will soon be a week, if the IT dept took this long at work, the place would have to shut down, people would have to go home and there would be loss of revenue due to the closure. What takes you so long?
Can you please give us a tumeline when this will be fixed? Soon is not 11 days. Not when Google owns fitbit and Android. Or at least a workaround. This is why I use fitbit: to meet my calorie intake goals.
I'm having the same issue. Almost 2 weeks.... It was one of the most valuable features, any updates?
This issue is still ongoing after multiple weeks. Really not good given how much Fitbit premium costs and I've been unable to use a portion of the app all this time.
Why are you not answering people? Why has this not yet been resolved? Your answer is marked as as best answer but still were all waiting! Why are people paying for a service that isn't functioning correctly? 2015 I bought my first Fitbit, 11 years on I'm on my 4th and still when ever there's a problem no one seems to care or want to resolve any issues. I thought Google taking over would resolve these issues but obviously not. Can we all be informed please as to what is actually being done about this issue several weeks on because as you can see were all still waiting for this issue to be resolved. It's a fair big issue considering that a huge percentage of Fitbit users obviously count calories and want to know their in/out cals but the plans won't even save to be able to show the correct data. I take it Fitbit is and has been down for maintenance the last few weeks then 🤦🏻:female_sign: Absolute joke!!!
