Inspire three lost my clock with the newest updated Fitbit app. There is no ability to choose another clock with the app. Also cannot do it with the actual inspire three.

Best AnswerHi, @Teabaglipton , to change the clock face on your Inspire 3, from the opening, Today, screen of the app, click on the small icon top left (smart phone and watch). On the next screen click on the Inspire 3 picture/icon and then on the Inspire 3 page choose “watch faces”. There you will see all your options. Choose your preferred option, click on it and follow the instructions.

Best AnswerHi, @Teabaglipton , unfortunately your image did not load. To upload an image in this forum please click on the camera icon and follow the instructions from there.
Are you using the iOS or the Android app?
The opening screen should look something like the picture below. To go to your Inspire 3 screen click on the icon that I have pointed to. On the next screen click on the picture of your Inspire 3. On the Inspire 3 click on watch faces, as per the second photo.
If you cannot click on anything (i.e. your app seems to be frozen) you may need to delete the app and then re-download it. You will not lose any data doing this but do please make sure you know your email logon you use for Fitbit and also your password.

Best AnswerUsing iOS Have had no issues for two years.
Deleated and reloaded App.
Do not see the clock page area that shows clock face, Apps, and Notifications
Attached should be the only thing that shows up on my watch face and on the App
Thanks again for your help.
Best AnswerHi, @Teabaglipton , I’m puzzled by this!
The pictures I shared earlier are taken from the iOS app. So, on the app photo that you have shared are you able to click on the picture of your Inspire 3 to navigate to the next screen (second photo I shared) It should have the option to find clock faces.
Touch to navigate to next screen.
If you do make any changes in your app you will need to sync your Inspire 3 before it will reflect those changes.
