Inspire 3 GPS not working

So I have had my Inspire 3 for a while now, and it's always worked very well, but as of October 11th, it's stopped tracking my location during my runs and I don't get notifications when I get texts. I've tried to restart the watch, charge it, sync it multiple times a day and nothing is working. 

Anyone else having this problem?

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this; in this case, they will let you know how to proceed. Please let them know of the steps that you already tried and keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.
