Updated the app last night and can’t see any of my heart rate data, not just from today but any of the previous 3 months.
Tried the logging out, turning off phone, logging back in, tried deleting and redownloading app, made sure all the settings were correct. It’s charged and I’ve been wearing it all day.
Hoping someone can shed some light or help me fix this issue.

Hi there! @taylasversion and @ash122 a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to see you here!
Thank you for reporting this situation both of you're having.
I suggest you try to do the following:
- Swipe down from the clock screen and tap the Settings app to open it. Tap a setting to adjust it. Swipe to see the full list of settings. Search for the option "Heart rate" and turn it off.
- Sync your device with the Fitbit app.
- Restart your Inspire 3: connect it to the charging cable. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds. Release the buttons. When it vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo, the tracker restarted. If your charging cable doesn’t have a button, disconnect your device from the charging cable, pause for 1 second, then reconnect it. Repeat 3 times until it restarts.
- Sync your device again.
- Turn the heart rate back on in the settings.
- Sync the device again.
I suggest you read this article too: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Unfortunately this didn’t work. Tried it twice and still nothing.
---
Hi, any further recommendations on how to fix this?
---
Reaching out again as this still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve read through the article you’ve sent as well and everything is fine, I just still can’t see any of my heart rate data. Can I please get some help? This is getting really frustrating.

You're having a sync issue with your Inspire 3. Since you've tried logging out and reinstalling the app, another step is to check if Bluetooth is enabled and the device is properly connected. If the issue persists, try resetting the device or contact Fitbit support for further assistance. Completing my dissertation felt overwhelming, so I decided to use

My inspire 3 can detect my heart rate but there is no data showing in heart tag in the app.
