Thank you very much for your message, I'm sorry to learn that your Inspire 3 is having problems with the notifications service.
Please check the settings and perform the troubleshooting steps described in this article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

I am having exactly same issue get notifications for ring doorbell but don’t get notification for text or call yet everything is switched on correctly

Make sure your Fitbit is in range.

If your phone is receiving the notifications, try turning on "Mirror my Phone." Then you will get all the notifications your phone does. Or, just make sure the apps you want are selected.

Mine is same. It always displayed incoming calls and text messages. Now all it does it records steps, acts as a watch and alarm clock 

 

I’ve followed all the checks   What’s Mirror My phone I can’t find it!!
