Product support is terrible. My wife bought me an Inspire 3 for my birthday at the end of April. She placed the order 4 days before. In most ways I love the product, except for the fact that the round piece of the band that holds the 2 sides together tore completely through in less than 30 days, leaving one side of the band to dangle open. I wore it at all times on my wrist except for when taking a shower. I tried twice to file a claim to get a replacement piece, by neither would complete submission. Instead I watched a circle of dots going on and off as if it working, but never completed even though I left one continue to appear to be working for 2 hours. So I went to chat and explained to the agent what had happened and sent a picture of the torn band holder, the receipt of when my wife bought it and a screen shot of one of the hung up claims. They agreed to send all of that to the warranty team for resolution. The resolution apparently was to send me an email saying my problem didn't quality for a replacement under their warranty policy and included a link to the policy, which I used to review the policy. Nothing in it nullified the one year warranty on the product, so I replied to that effect and requested the band holder replacement. It has been days with no response, during which I have been unable to have the Inspire 3 on my wrist which is my preferred way of using it. So less than 30 days of use, it breaks - probably a 2 penny piece - and they aren't so far sending a replacement or doing anything else.

This doesn't address the issue of support or your trouble getting replacement, but:
I can't quite make out if the broken part is actually the band or the actual pebble. If it is the band, I suggest going right to Amazon and buying a third-party band with quick turn-around, wide variety of of materials, colors, and styles, and very reasonable prices, avoiding all the hassle of dealing with returns. If it is actually part of the pebble hardware, that is a different situation.
