Inspire 3 - Random Vibration & Auto start/ record activity?

Hello All. I have had this Inspire 3 for about  3 months now. All of the sudden,While at work walking for a while it will vibrate and start recording my walking activity (never did this before). Also, last night, I felt it vibrate while sleeping.  Was there an App update that could have caused this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I have the same problem. I’ve tried to solve it in several ways without success: I disabled auto-detection for all types of exercises and restarted the Fitbit. I’m still experiencing the issue of exercises starting automatically.
