Regardless of how many active minutes I get or how well I slept, the Readiness details always show light activity and high sleep. For instance, yesterday I got 138 active minutes and only 5 hours of sleep, and it's calling this light activity and high level of sleep. I walk, do yoga, plus go to the gym 3 days a week for an hour.
