I bought my Inspire 3 today. I charged it and synced it with my phone - all was working well. 1 hour later I looked at my wrist and saw that the display shows only a red circle with a white cross. Nothing seems to work to stop this - the Fitbit is totally unresponsive and my phone can't find it. Any ideas or suggestions or do I just need to return it? Thanks

Everything that I've seen on this forum regarding that failure symptom suggests that the device is defective and it should be returned for a replacement device ASAP.

Infant mortality of electronic devices happens, so just return it for a replacement and you'll be fine.
