Inspire 3 - Screen bugged - black screen

Unlike the other posts I’ve seen, I’ve originally had experienced my device keeping the screen lit at all times, and it would constantly update the time as would a normal watch. The issue was I couldn’t do anything EXCEPT look at the time (all features essentially disabled) and try pressing the sides to get it to vibrate.

I was told to go into the app to change the watch face, and it was able to work again. But when I tried to update it back to the original watch face, it’s now basically bricked; Screen is black, it still vibrates and connects/updates, but I cannot meaningfully interact with it.

Could you please try to restart your device ? To do so, please follow the steps shown here : How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the issue still persist, please try again to change the clock face as explained here : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

So I’ve gone to change the app face, which worked the first time. But when I tried to change it back, the device blackscreened. I can’t get ANY face to work now.

Every time I try to switch the screen, it will show the update icon bars, but nothing else.

Restarting the device (and also while in charging) doesn’t work. The vibration will activate but nothing happens despite holding for 30sec.
