So my Inspire 3 is only about a year old, up until now it's worked perfectly and I haven't had any issues with it. Then yesterday, out of nowhere, the battery started draining ridiculously fast for no apparent reason- no changes to any of the settings, no damage, etc. It's gone from only needing to be charged about once every 10 days to chewing through 100% charge in a few hours. The colours of the display are looking off too, (I haven't changed the display settings) they're much paler than usual, almost white instead of purple even though the screen brightness is the same as always. I've tried restarting it but no luck and still waiting for Support to get back to me. Has anyone else had an issue like this? I'd really appreciate any help.

If you have confirmed that none of your Inspire 3 settings, like screen always on, etc., are responsible for the increased battery drain, performing a Factory Reset on the device would be the next logical step in my opinion.

I agree. I’ve had mine for quite a bit longer than that, but just recently in the last week or so the battery has depleted much more quickly than ever before. I’ve been accustomed to going 2 weeks or even more before needing a charge.

If that's the case, then it is unfortunately time to replace the Inspire 3, which is hopefully within the Factory 1-year warranty time frame for getting a replacement device.
