Inspire 3 screen is black and shows only color lines, no text or icons. I tried resetting by holding sides for 20+ seconds while plugged in and I tried changing clock face. I can feel the vibration when I touch the sides. Face is still black with colored lines only. According to my Fitbit app, it’s fully charged.
The Inspire 3 has worked without incident the last 9 months. Please advise.

Mine is doing this as well. I have tried syncing, I have tried restarting (while on charge) multiple times, I have tried changing the clockface. So far restarting fixed this issue one time about a month ago, but when it started again about 10 days ago, I have not been able to get anything to work to fix it. I got mine as a Christmas gift this past year, so mine is less than 8 months old 😞
