Inspire 3 button is unresponsive when working out

My inspire 3’s button to activate screen works 100% of the time while not under a load. When I work out, it will at times not respond requiring me to tap the screen to activate. Once I slow down heart rate , it will start responding again.

Hi, @Rmh.1 , that is a very interesting observation.  I really do not think the screen responsiveness could be relative to your heart rate, so it would be good to find out exactly what is going on.  Could you give us a little more information?  Does this happened when you have initiated a work out using the exercise app on your Fitbit?  And during an exercise you are not able to see your Fitbit screen?

Hi

Only happens when activated a workout on Fitbit and never seen it happen at any other time. It works during the workout and say an hour and a half into the workout, all of a sudden touching the side buttons will not display the screen and I have to tap the screen to get the display to show. Once I complete my workout, the side button begins to work just fine as usual as if the processor in the Fitbit is having trouble keeping up with all the data collected and stops responding to touching the button. Reminds me of a computer not responding to a mouse click when processor overloaded and then when CPU is available, it starts to respond again.
