I’ve been using my inspire 3 for about a year now and as i was trying to look at past weeks activity logs, all my logs disappeared. For example, one week showed four days of exercise, then after a second all the logs disappeared and won’t return, showing 0 days activity. Is there a way i can get these logs back without entering manually? Since I’m not the one who deleted

Same thing is happening to me. I have been seeing my exercise logs disappear and have no idea how to get them back! What is happening to all of the data?

Exactly the same has happened to me since the last Fitbit update a couple of weeks ago.
Exercise data continually disappearing and reappearing for the current week and much of the historical data for the last year has also disappeared eg only 1 day per week showing when I have consistently logged 7 days per week.
Also just noted that all step data prior to June of this year has disappeared!!
can’t find any resolution for this on any of the forums and no help whatsoever from tech support. HELP!!

Looks like it's a problem with the Web API, and a lot of people are experiencing this: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-5/Charge-5-exercise-data-not-syncing-with-my-Fitbit-app/m-p/5...
My exercise logs were back this morning, then disappeared this afternoon. I think the data is still there, they just have to fix the issue.

I contacted Support via chat this morning and just got the same old “sign out, force quit the App and sign back in again” - which I’d already tried and still didn’t work.
Apparently this has now been logged and someone is going to email me …

Good luck with that. My wife was informed that someone else was going to contact her as well, but that never happened.
That must be the last thing on the list that the CS team is instructed to say after they have unsucessfully gone through all the other scripted things for customers to try to resolve their problem, before moving on to disappoint the next customer.

I, too, have been experiencing this problem. It has been happening for several weeks now. I log an activity, or Fitbit logs an activity (swimming or aerobic activity) and then it gets deleted. It happened this morning to an activity I logged yesterday. I relogged it today. I then closed the app. Then relaunched the app and the entry was deleted again. I repeated the steps 3 times with the same results. This is annoying and needs to be fixed.

This is what made me replace my Fitbit One (which I highly preferred) with the Inspire 3. I thought my 10 year old Fitbit had just stopped working.
the Inspire 3 seemed able to let me record exercise, and then this week it started deleting things again. I wear the device clipped on like the One because I CANNOT STAND having things tightly on my wrist. I’m disappointed that the Inspire 3 doesn’t track sleep as well as the One, and why did climbing stairs suddenly become not of interest?
it’s lame that the One was more able to cope extremely well for 10 years and the Inspire 3 can’t do what the One could.
and why is the software switching so it erases recorded and synced exercise. That’s not a feature, it’s a defect.
