Hi, few days ago my Inspire 3 started to disconnected from my Pixel 7 phone.

On phone I get message saying: Inspire 3 disconnected. For security reasons forget this device and connect it again.

This message sometimes come out every 5 seconds, phone is making sound every 5 seconds.

Few days ago I just did this. Had to restart phone and Inspire 3 few times to reconnect them.

Today again I got this message. Because of this Fitbit app can't get data from Inspire 3.

Hi, @Donce-A welcome, It sounds like your Inspire 3 fails to sync with the Fitbit app on your phone. Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Android - Fitbit Help Center describes the issues you report. The process to delete the Fitbit app & re-install it should resolve your problems. The belt & braces method is to go to the settings on your Pixel 7>apps>Fitbit>force stop>clear storage & cache>uninstall Fitbit>go to connected devices & forget your Inspire 3>RESTART YOUR PHONE. Now go to the Play Store & reload the Fitbit app, log in with your Google account & reconnect your Inspire 3 Note there is an update to the Inspire 3 in the pipeline.

I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Just done this.

Now I will need to wait and see if this happens again or not.

Came here after searching for the same issue - mines been doing this for a couple of weeks now - sometimes a few times a day, other times it's more sporadic.

I just tried the belt and braces approach, as I'd cleared the storage, but not reinstalled. I'll also report back how it goes, but am hoping something changes soon, because I have to reconfigure everything on each reconnect and the inspire is teetering on the edge of the rubbish bin as we speak 😂

Today, my Inspire 3 had disconected again.

My devices info:

  • Phone Pixel 7 with Android 15 (Kernel 6.1.99)
  • Fitbit version 4.38
  • Inspire 3 version 210.26

I saw here what Inspire 3 have update Version 214.24

But I don't see Inspire 3 update in Fitbit. Because of this I can't update Inspire 3 firmvare to last version.

I am in Lithuania, maybe my region don't have update?

Hi, @Donce-A, I'm on the same Inspire 3 & Fitbit app SW versions as you, these updates roll out in waves. I do not wear my Inspire 3 as my daily device (that's a PW2) but I do wear it every day for my swimming. I think we must be patient.

Cheers

I've been having the same issue for a week now, ever since I installed the update on the tracker. the shared fix works for a day and then the issues start again.
