Hi,
I just finished an 8km walk, gps was on, Inspire 3 was connected to my phone.
I used my phone to start walk (pressed long on the icon and "start exercise").
I checked my phone several times during my walk and could always see that it was working properly. Once home, I ended the exercise on my phone (up until then everything looked just fine) and the data, including mapped route of my walk popped up.
Suddenly the window (without me doing anything - couldn't even take a screenshot) closed and the walk was gone in its entirety.
This happened yesterday as well and it is so demotivating!!
In the Fitbit App I can only see a walk of nineteen minutes in the midst of my actual walk..
The "auto start" and "Auto Stop" is turned off on my inspire 3.
Please help!!!! 😭

Hello @highwarter and welcome to the Community. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Starting and stopping a walk on your phone is a Fitbit app issue, not a device issue. This post can get moved to the appropriate app platform forum where you might get more help.
i recommend using the Exercise app on your Inspire 3 with the appropriate shortcut. Please start and end your workouts on the device, not your phone. How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
As a long time user, I can tell you that starting and ending a workout on your phone is very prone to app bugs.

so when starting the walk on my Inspire 3 with "GPS ON" selected on the inspire 3 and GPS turned on on my Android Phone, it should work properly, including showing the mapped out walk in the app? 🙂

@highwarter Yes, it should. Please review the linked Help article, so you get all the settings correct. I think there are some Android requirements that are different from iOS requirements.
