Except for rare occasions, my inspire 3 doesn't sync sleep automatically. I can sync the band 10 times, restart it, restart the app, the phone, clear app cache, no sleep data is appearing. No heart rate either, and no health data, as they are dependent on sleep.
I have to manually enter my sleep/wake time, and then magically everything appears, sleep phase, heart rate, spo2, hrv and everything.
Stress report is not syncing either, it showed only for one day, but thats it (I wear my band all day and night long).
Is there something I can do?

Hi, @skylar28, welcome to the community, may I suggest you have not inadvertently turned off HR on your Inspire 3? From the clock screen swipe down to & touch "Settings">swipe up to "Heart Rate" and ensure the slider is in the on position before returning to the clock face.

I also note that when you wake in the morning and open the Fitbit app on your phone it should sync but will not present the "Sleep stats" You should sync a second time by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen in the app.
I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.
Cheers

Hey,
Not sure why it got posted here, as I originally posted this very same comment on Reddit this morning : https://www.reddit.com/r/fitbit/comments/14d6jut/inspire_3_doesnt_sync_sleep_automatically/
If it's meant to help, then thanks 🙂
Yes HR is turned on, and is correctly recorded, because as soon as I register my sleep time manually, all the others stats appears, including HR.
I tried syncing the band many time, even remove it from the app and pair it back, but I still have to log my sleep manually, and then everything works fine (except the stress report, that one only worked for a single day).
Not a big deal, but still frustrating.
