Inspire 3 doesn't sync sleep data

Since Sunday, 21st of July 2024, the sleep score and the detailed sleep timeline with sleep stages are not shown anymore. Today is the second consecutive day. Data synching to an android smartphone (Samsung Galaxy).Please inform about the reason and advise what to do. Thank you!

You will see that you need to be at rest for about an hour before sleep is recorded, if you are a restless sleeper this will disturb the process.

You will see that you need to be at rest for about an hour before sleep is recorded, if you are a restless sleeper this will disturb the process.

I have been experiencing the same problem for about two weeks.  Only sporadically does the Inspire 3 record sleep, and even then it only records a few hours during the night.  Most times, I get no data.  My lifestyle has not changed; my sleep patterns are the same.  I've tried different positions on the wrist and different tightness.  No improvement.  My main reason to own a Fitbit is to track my sleep activity.  

Is there a way to reset my Fitbit?  Would that even be useful? 

Please don't send me "How To" links like the person below did.  I've been using Fitbit for a few years and I know what I'm doing.

Hi, @Dukbutr, restarting your Inspire 3 is always a good first step. Try restarting the Fitbit app after clearing the cache. As you've been a Fitbit user for a few years you will have noticed the app has changed and there have been updates. These articles are kept up to date and it's an opportunity to review.

After two days without sleep score and detaild sleep timeline, it worked today. The only thing I changed was wearing the device very tight at night.

Thank you!  Clearing the cache did the trick.  Wish I had thought of that earlier.
