Hi, just started using an Inspire 3 in place of the Charge 4 that died prematurely (now on my 4th device in under six years!).
While much is familiar with the Inspire 3, there's lots that isn't at this point. As an example, when walking today, the device showed a notification, something along the lines of "You are earning blah, blah points". I'm not interested in the gamification of my exercise and would like to turn such notifications off. I've read the post suggestions given here relative to my query, but haven't found the answer.
Any/all help appreciated for this device novice.

These should be controlled by the Fitbit app on your smartphone; tap your profile top-right then Fitbit settings > Push notifications. The Auto-tracked exercises, Step goal progress, and Exercise goal progress settings should probably be tapped off/left.

Thanks very much for that info. I've now turned off those setting. Much appreciated. 👍

Ok, it seems that didn't actually work. Just had an announcement that said "Keep going - you are earning zone minutes".
I really don't want these, or indeed any type of motivational messages, so still looking for a way to stop them.

I always put mine into DND mode as soon as I get it... swipe down as far as possible and tap Settings > Quiet Modes and set Do Not Disturb on/right. There's also a DND "MOD" (can't display the "E" in the previous menu set.)
Hopeful that gets rid of the annoyances. :^)
