Every so often, I'll get a haptic buzz on my fitbit, while it displays a number, like 500, prefaced by the upward arrows that usually mean zone minutes. But the number I'm getting is much larger than my current zone minutes, and I think it's always in multiples of 100. What does that mean?

Hello, @JGBAshland, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for explaining your situation with the active minutes notification that your Inspire 3 gives you.
I recommend you to restart your Inspire 3, so we can make sure everything is ok, do it before you wear your Inspire 3 once again. You can also swipe down from the clock face to access quick settings. Turn on DND mode or Sleep mode to turn notifications off.
Make sure both settings are turned off to receive notifications.

Thanks, it's useful to know that this apparently isn't a normal reading of anything. I don't want to turn on DND mode, because I like the notifications when I hit 10k steps or 40 zone minutes. I'll just ignore these notifications, as otherwise, the fitbit seems to work fine.
