Inspire 3 has stopped vibrating

Hi my inspire 3 has stopped vibrating when receiving messages and calls but still vibrates when I press the side and it alerts me to move. All my notifications are on and it’s not on sleep mode or do not disturb

Thanks for sharing with me your current situation, let me recommend you to check if you have the sleep mode or the do not disturb disabled on your phone not your tracker.

As another recommendation please also check if you have the latest version of the App available like indicated in this article: Update your Fitbit device.

Im having the same issue since yesterday. Ive restarted and turned notifications on off. It is not on sleep mode or dnd. Still notifies me of steps and whatnot just no email, music change,  WhatsApp  , text msg notifications.  And I have not changed anything on my phone.
