Inspire 3 is not receiving notifications

Seems like it’s been a month since I received call and text notifications on my inspire 3. I’ve tried lots of things reboots unchecking checking boxes from searching different topics.  I’ve received them before why not now.  I’m getting ready to throw this in the garbage and get an Apple Watch.  Fitbit needs to fix this!  What is the Fix???????

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not receiving notifications. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!

While reading your post I was wondering if you're using an iOS device? If so, may I know if you're missing all kind of notifications (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) or just iOS default messages? I use an iPhone and also had a similar trouble with my iMessages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, please confirm you've followed the steps recommended in this help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

If the above doesn't work, would you mind checking if the Sleep Mode and DND settings are turned off? If these settings are on, your tracker won't vibrate or turn on when receiving any type of notifications. You'll find more details about these settings here. 

If the issue persists after double checking the above settings, give a try to the following:

1. Make sure that your Inspire 3 and Fitbit app are up-to-date
2. Sync your Inspire 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth settings nearby.
4. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your Inspire 3.
5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
6. Try receiving a call or text notification to test your Fitbit device.

It’s on iPhone 16 and I get notifications on my iPhone from apps I allow.  I’m talking about iPhone text message and calls notifications on the Fitbit.  Fitbit used to notify me of incoming text messages and phone calls it no longer does it started about a month ago ago and it’s very frustrating that it stopped.  I will go through steps u sent me some of them I have certainly done and still no improvement.  I will try them again and let you know status

I have tried all these fixes, and I repeat all the fixes several times,, but I am not getting text notifications from my iphone15 pro max to my inspire 3. Stopped working a few days ago. Help please.
