Inspire 3 is showing the wrong time

In UK, selected that I'm there and refreshed and connected to phone so recieving notifications on the watch but the time is 8 hours behind for some reason.

Hi there, @Sooshpoosh. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not showing the correct time. I will do my best to help you! 

Did you already sync your Fitbit device? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. 

If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Inspire 3 is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
