My Inspire 3 recently seems to be recording a heart rate when I’m not wearing it! I noticed it a couple of days ago when looking at the heart rate and realising there’s a reading for the 25mins in the morning when I’m not wearing it whilst showering and getting ready for work. One of the instances it was still recording around the 90 mark!
I tried all the usual troubleshooting plus giving it a very good clean and it still does it.
Anyone else has this issue??

@nikouli10 The green LED is supposed to turn off when you take your Fitbit off. If you put your Fitbit close to something that reflects the light to the sensor, then the LED won't turn off. As an example, if the watchband straps overlap a bit, the light gets reflected back to the sensor and the LED doesn't turn off. This gives you this fictitious heart rate trace. Just make sure the LED turns off.

Thank you for your reply. My Fitbit had the same strap for the last 2 years and never done that. It started doing it very recently. I appreciate what you say about the strap but surely if that is the issue it would have started the minute I changed to that strap 2 years ago.
