Inspire 3 map of today’s walk not showing on the app

Today I walked a little over 3 miles and tracked it on my Inspire 3 Fitbit. The map did not show in the app when all other details of the walk loaded, and still hasn’t 9 hours later. GPS is and was turned on and the Fitbit is and was connected to the phone. The walk was in my neighborhood where it has never had a problem before, including on two walks yesterday. I also tracked today’s walk with another app on my phone, and that app had no GPS issues. 
Any other solutions or ideas?

Please, make sure that your device is using the latest version of the firmware. Please see: How do I update my Fitbit device?

In addition, try to perform the following steps on the Fitbit app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
