Inspire 3 no sleep data during this week

Hi everyone, 

Iv had no sleep data for a week. It was all working fine last week and I still have that data in the app. When I look at this week there is nothing. How can I fix this?

Hi @johncharlie. Welcome to the forums. 

Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty with Inspire 3. 

Please, in the quick settings make sure that your Inspire 3 is on wrist mode and not on clip mode. To change the setting just tap on it. 

There are some factors that may prevent your tracker from recording your sleep. Please make sure of the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device as described in this help article.
  • If you slept for less than 1 hour for sleep patterns or less than 3 hours for sleep stages.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

If you haven't done so already, please try to complete a restart procedure following the steps listed hereIn addition, please wear your device on your non-dominant hand and monitor it for the next few days.

If you were able to see some sleep data on the tracker this week but not in the app, try the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
