Inspire 3 not getting text notifications

How do we receive text messages from our phone 

I’ve returned 2 charge 4’s and I have a series 3 and still haven’t received a message

I called customer care all week no one can help and we tried the list you posted

I noticed that you have some cases with our team and let's try to find a solution together.

- What happens when you try receiving notifications?

- Do you get an error message?

- Which is your phone model and app version?

•When someone texts me I don’t receive a text
• no apps like whatsup app or Instagram app are being downloaded either to receive texts

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting me know what happens when trying to receive notifications with your Inspire 3 @accuellar.

The apps won't appear on your tracker unless you install them.

Please le me know which phone do you have and I'll send you the instructions.
