Inspire 3 not properly syncing with Google Pixel 6 pro

I've just purchased and although it's syncing with Fitbit app, it won't connect to Bluetooth I have Google Pixel 6 pro. I've done everything I can find online, turned Bluetooth on and off, wifi on and off, reinstalled the app, I can't even remember all I've done so far. I am receiving notifications oddly enough, but I get no vibration, and when it does decide to vibrate for alarm this morning, it can barely be felt and I've set to strong.

I'm not sure I'll keep this one if I can't resolve

Hi there, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for troubleshooting the issue on your own before reaching out.

Let me clarify that your Google Pixel 6 Pro is part of our supported devices list, and it should work correctly to sync and receive notifications. Since that's not your case, may I know if the Fitbit app and your phone's OS are updated to the latest version? If so, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Remove the Inspire 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version
  3. Close the Fitbit app from the open apps and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Inspire 3.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account icon.
  6. Tap on the Inspire 3's image and then on sync now.
  7. Once your device has synced, tap on Notifications and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you're getting an specific error message related to the Bluetooth issues, please add an image of it in your next post.

Please also add a new alarm to your tracker after restarting your Fitbit and confirm if this vibrates.

See you around.

Thank you, I've done all that you've suggested, my phone is not listed as a possible issue, up to date as is the Fitbit app,  however still unable to connect to the Bluetooth when I click on connect absolutely nothing happens it doesn't even try.

I as well set a new alarm, it did not work

Hi I've just downloaded the Fitbit app on an iPhone I use only with WiFi, and it connected immediately with my Inspire 3. I'm going to contact Google support now to see if this can be resolved, it's clearly the phone issue and not the Fitbit Inspire. My thanks for your help, I did receive an email from your team and have let them know same.

Hi again unfortunately not my Google phone after all, as the Bluetooth stopped connecting from my old iPhone so I'm back at square one and using Google phone again.  Alarm is not going off, no reminders to move, but, I am receiving some notifications like an email or the odd text message but no vibration to alert me to them, it doesn't register phone calls at all still.

Editing here, I once again removed the Inspire 3 from my Fitbit to pair yet again, and suddenly I'm getting all notifications and reminder, go figure lol, I tried to delete this reply but was unable to.
