Inspire 3 not showing Sleep Score

I have been having issues with sleep tracking with my new Inspire 3. I've had several Fitbits in the past, so I'm not a newbie. I have absolutely no sleep score and this has been happening since I got the darned thing. All other data shows on my Fitbit, my Android, and my Mac. Only sleep is not working.

I have:

- Restarted the Fitbit more than once

- Re-installed the app on my Android phone

- Logged out and back in on my Mac

- Attached the charger to the Fitbit several times

- Pulled down the screen on my Android to "sync"

- Yelled "I did, you idiot!" at the Android app when it said "Wear Your Fitbit to Bed"

Sometimes, several hours later, the sleep data will show up. Today, I've been messing with it for a couple of hours. Nothing.

And, don't tell me I didn't get any sleep because I had a really bad dream last night that my dogs were kidnapped.

I'm losing sleep over this.

@BJMcBean Sorry to hear about your troubles and thanks for providing your troubleshooting details. I just want to make sure: you're not telling the Fitbit app to "Begin Sleep", right?  Because I know that will override the Fitbit on your wrist from recording detailed sleep stages. I also assume the heart rate monitor is turned on a working.

The only other thing I can think of is to do a complete factory reset. If a total factory reset does not work, my advice would be to get a replacement Inspire 3.

Thanks, Heather. I'm not telling the Fitbit to begin sleep. And, yes, the heart rate monitor is working.

Today it worked. It's just been very sporadic.

I appreciate your advice.

I just got a inspire 3 and after a week of successfully recording sleep. It did not. I am returning because I had the same problem with my inspire 2 right out of the gate. I followed all the advice. It was a piece of junk. Randomly would record sleep.

Not going down this road again.
