I have had this device for less than one week. The first night it did not record my sleep and now it is not syncing. The last sync was yesterday morning. What is going on?

@MarionPC Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Inspire 3. I'm sorry this is still happening and even though you've tried some steps, please give one last try to the following steps in the given order and only using your iPad:

  1. Remove your Inspire 3 from the Bluetooth settings on your iPad.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Select your Inspire 3, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please let me know if you're getting an error message when trying to sync.

Hope this helps.

I’ve had 4 different Fitbit models and all of them sync well with my Android phone and badly with my iPad. I just basically gave up and I let the iPad find my data via updates that my phone gives it. My husband has only an iPad and constantly struggles with getting his Charges (2 then 3 then 5) to sync. You may be in for some frustration.

Thanks for your response. I am just using my iPhone now and it seems to work better but there are still issues with syncing.
