Inspire 3 relax app not working

I got my Fitbit inspire a week ago. I was able to use the relax app with the expanding circle once, and now it doesn’t work. It vibrates when to inhale and exhale but the circle does not expand. Anyone else having this issue?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue regarding the relax app with your Inspire 3. 
This issue has already been escalated and is being studied by our developers.
