My 5 month old Fitbit screen doesn’t show anything but lines across it. The app shows steps and sleep etc. but nothing but lines on watch screen. I would be grateful for any advice.

Sad to hear that your Inspire 3 isn't working as expected.
To hopefully get things fixed, please follow these steps:
1) Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
2) Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
3) Release the buttons. When your device vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo, the tracker restarted.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Best AnswerThe problem started when I have used the tracker for only 10 days. Really very disappointing.
Try to restart the tracker, and problem not solved.
Try repeated changing the clock face (over 5 times at least), and the tracker seems to be back to normal last Sunday, but the problem occurred again today after using for a few days. This time, repeatedly changing the clock face (over 20 times) could not solve the problem.
