Inspire 3 screen is too dim

I've tried unpairing my device, restarting it and setting it up again but that still doesn't work.

Hi there, @JJ5000. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Inspire 3 screen still looks fading despite all the steps you've tried so far. I'll do my best to help you with this. 

Have you checked whether your Inspire 3 is in sleep mode? When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Settings app.

I also checked the Brightness and Sleep settings and that didn't fix it. My watch is now worse than it was before.

Hi, did you see my reply? I've tried all the troubleshooting steps and my Fitbit is no better than before.
